So, scanner is a bit off. I think it just needs to charge more. Hopefully that is it since otherwise it's broken and it's not even a year old yet. (seriously got that sucker for Christmas last year, so not a year yet).
Updates as soon as Thunder Thighs (the scanner) and I have a good chat about working and scanning.
